Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your candy does not live up to your expectations or it is damaged during shipping you can return your item for exchange or a refund.
All the claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
We are unable to offer a refund for International shipments due to damaged items.
Purchases made at our physical location can be returned within 7 business days with payment receipt. After the seventh day store credit will be issued to any order with a receipt. No refund or exchange without a receipt and after 30 days of purchase.
